The qualifying standard for the Super Dolphin sessions have been relaxed somewhat during our period of mini termoil while the City Council decide how to progress the current system of aiding swimming in the City, in particular with Dolphins, especially at Gosforth Pool. However there is still NO space for lazyness or poor/late attenders

Sessions at Super Dolphins are now being directed with a specific 'theme', either a stokes particular techique, starts, turns and much more. In an attempt to make the swimmer more complete.

The Dolphins Lead coach must still invite you to attend. If you feel you are or have been overlooked, then just remind your coach you are still around!!!
